A day in a life of a home of a child in a informal settlement

My name is Zoe I live in a shack in khayelitsha and I am in a informal settlement. Yesterday I went to school an there is only 30 chairs in a class and 60 kids in a class I sat on the floor and on the mud and trash . And my friends bullied me a lot and then I did not end up with friends it was terrible. I was sick from all of the mud and trash and I cough out blood it was distrusting. I went to the doctor and waited in a 3000 people queue it was horrible there were 3000 people very sick and others can get me sick and there is only one doctor or nurse. So I returned to khayelitsha and it was 5 o’clock and I growed  veggies. I was dark at night and there was a lamp I was in grade 5 I  needed to study so I studded under the lamp where there is electricity and I studied. Singing Inspector

It was one day on a stormy day. I had to sing at Mr R class and I did not want to. It was the time to go in to his class. I said to myself I hope he forgets. So we went into his class and he said who want to came here and sing and now there are thirty two people including me.  I was the first one with Benny on the list I was nervous. I had to doh ray me or Tata tete things. I chose do doh Ray me. I had to sing else I will get hit with a cane. I was about to sing and I was shouting and nothing came out I was so scared. He said now sing Charles and Benny he was getting mad. And he was finding his cane and said bend down and he waked him on the bum. I saw Mr R and he was SHOUTING at the whole class.                                      When I started the book I was excited about the book when I  herd about Bertie when he ran away from the school and he said all about semolina pudding and chilblains. I  had an fall thou rt about it it was so bad that I had to search what does chilblains look like and they are terrible they are white sores on your feet and toes. And then I ended the chapter and then i started a new chapter called no a few chapters in the story there is feelings of the story it is SAD FEAR HAPPY ANGRY FURIOUS SHY SCARED ANXIOUS DESTRUCTIVE

The Grade 4 Camp

Two weeks ago we were on camp. We went to the bus I saved seats for my friends Ami Zahara Chumile.  I was so sad when we need to leave because  I miss my Mom ,Dad and my brother.we went to Simonsberg.   We all went as a HOLE class we went to Giraffe House it was so cool there we got to touch snakes and hold them Chumile KISS a TOAD oh my word. We had lunch and went to feed the animals we saw giraffe and more animals. We went back in the bus and then we arrived at the place and we had the hole day and that night we went for the night hike some people hurt themselves there was a very slippery hill I slipped I hurt my self I did not like it. It was so long and even before that I was SICK i hate it so much but i did survived.
